Hi all, Yesterday I picked up a tube of Wyeast Roselaire blend and now have to figure out what to do with it!  In doing searches I found that Rodenbach is from Roselaire, and their Grand Cru is supposed to be really good. However, I'm having a devil of a time finding any suggestions on clone recipes. Does anyone on the board have one they'd care to share? Ideally extract only, but anything would be helpful at this point. Thanks, Robert
