Hi all,

Getting back into the brewing swing of things and am planning on using the cherry puree from Oregon Fruit Products.

As its not in the ingredient database I need to add it. Does anyone already have some settings for these purees?

You’ll find the Brix value of those puree on the Oregon fruit web site.
