The numbers vary per maltster and per year.  The following is Thomas Facwett of unknown year ('04 harvest would be my guess).

Ext. C.G. Dry Basis  Min. %:  80.5

Fine/Coarse Difference: 1 - 1.5

Moisture Max.%: 3

Color ASBC:  2.5 - 3.0

D.P. Degrees Lintner:  40-50

Protein Max.%:  9.5

Index of Mod.:  38-42
