Hi guys,

For Laaglander, are there any specs available other than the obvious (light, amber, dark)?

it's 55% fermentable, but that's all I know about it

It has more unfermentables than Briess/Northwestern so it'll leave a beer with more body and in my experience it's hard to get to ferment all the way down if you use it exclusively.
