I was just building a recipe in Promash and I saw that Demerrara sugar was listed as providing 1.041 gravity points per lb.

That's weird... wouldn't it be 1.046 like corn and turbinado sugar?

Not sure, but I'm going with the flow here.  How much are you using in a batch.  Try making a new entry and see how much difference it makes in your gravity.

Did you try searching on specifics to that sugar?  I'm having a hard time finding Koelsch Malt data.  I see three different SRM lovibonds from 3 different places, and nothing on % moisture, % Yield, or Diastatic Powder.
